Just a shout out to the drying net. When they said it's also for seed, they weren't kidding.

I have 2 other nets, which I thought I liked pretty well until I bought the A/C Infinity drying net. I breed, so collecting seed is very important. I had 5 different strains, all seeded, in that one net. As I pulled the buds out to cure, seeds were left on the netting.

I put my hand underneath to collect what I thought would fall through, but none did.

Zero seeds fell through to the next level. Great job A/C Infinity...

All of a sudden today, the exhaust stopped working. I tried to plug it into different ports.

I tried a bunch of different things, and still, nothing. I need a new one.

I'm trying to get the Bluetooth to pop up by holding down the port button, but when I do, it's locked, and there's just a lock symbol. It won't blink like usual. How do I get it to unlock so I can set up the lights?

Purchased equipment that reached dangerous, fire hazard level temps, support's response equated to "plug it in and prove it"

My 4x4 AC Infinity steel frame, well I need two corner connectors for the 4x4 Bluetooth tent. I'm not peeved off, no AC Infinity is top flight, so please call me at +154********.

I was having a problem with my new product and the associate figured it out on the phone and then was excellent and helping me walk through the rest of it very professional and very nice and very helpful

If they had any sense whatsoever..they would have a button besides each function...with a NUMBER KEYPAD. Oh, and dont get me started on these evo 6's being void of any blue. These things absolutely suck during veg.

Purchased a item off Ebay seller longest reply on important communication waited 2 weeks and still never received my money back purchased may light which are okay for the price but not best for price but the problem comes with the communication when ther is a issue contacted ac infinty direct as it was ther ebay sales team hopefully they'll do something about it

I bought the controller 69 PRO and I have a 69 controller and I noticed all turns off for 6 hours except the grow light. I just was down looking in tent and now my fan is off and rest of system is going.

When I had a problem setting up my 69 CONTROLLER a rep called me and we went through it together and setup the controller and then emailed me the minutes and I still refer to that to make changes.

Give a more detailed way to make it work so far I have to have both c02 tank and exhaust fan! This is difficult to use

Hard to use!!! Confusing and once u think u have a grasp, you don't. How about having service on the phone with a live person

I have questions concerning the connectivity of devices to my 69 Pro. I'm having a hard time getting things to work and be recognized on the controller or the app. I just wanted to speak to someone who can give me information about how to properly do that, and of course, there's nobody there.

Was told 5x5 had 2 fans! Need to purchase humidifier.

I am a 66-year-old man who did not grow up with computers and have had a little bit of trouble with the controller. I would like to see a more updated thing for people like me.
